-- The NFL should be ashamed of themselves for awarding the Giants that extra home game. There was no way that game last night should have been played at the Meadowlands. It was a joke. The fact Giants get revenue from all this is a complete joke. Adrian Wojnarnowski hit everything in the head. (http://www.northjersey.com/page.php?qstr=eXJpcnk3ZjczN2Y3dnFlZUVFeXkyNjkmZmdi ZWw3Zjd2cWVlRUV5eTY3NzQyOTkmeXJpcnk3ZjcxN2Y3dnFlZU VFeXk5).

-- Giants owner Wellington Mara is a phoney little runt. This guy reminds me a lot like Red McCombs. Let's see. He held the state of New Jersey and the NJ taxpayers hostage by making us pay to refurbish Giants Stadium. Now, he is exploting the Saints to make money by getting that home game because of the Saints unfortunate situation. This thing about how Wellington Mara is a gentleman is a complete garbage.

-- How would you feel if yout were one of the teams in the NFC South knowing that the Giants could get a playoff spot with that extra home game.

-- I love how Giants fans and the NY media should tell us to stop complaining. Funny if any team in the NFC got a home game, they would be whining too.

-- I could not believe my eyes when the NY media rip on the Jets for their win. They were accenutating the negatives and just ripping Chad Pennington. Look to critique a team when they are winning is silly. It's one thing to critique a team when they won yet played badly as the Vikings did at Ford Field last year, but the Jets played well against the Dolphins. So what if they won ugly? Which team wins pretty in the NFL? You would be hard-pressed to see a 1999 Rams team or the great 49ers and Cowboys team that win pretty. Patriots win and they win in an ugly fashion. To gripe about the Jets win is silly.

-- Big Win for the Jets against Miami. They needed this game with the Jags, Panthers, and Ravens coming up. Plus with the Patriots and Bills losing, Jets are back on track. That loss to KC is now forgiven.

-- Colts D is legit. Same with the Chiefs defense.

-- The Chiefs have played great, but I am not sure if I am ready to put them in the class with Pats, Steelers, Jets, and Colts just yet. I like to see more.

-- Bengals have looked good, but I want to see more.

-- Still think the Chargers are the team to beat in the AFC West.

-- Raiders got their work cut out with Philly and Dallas. They could be 0-4.

-- To see Tom Brady and Brett Favre squirm on Sunday was priceless

-- Bad job by the Cardinals losing to the Rams. They should have won that game.

-- Very dissapointing loss by the Lions at Soldier Field. Detroit should have been the one that should have blown the Bears out.

-- I did not think the Ravens offense would be this bad with the addition they added along with Jim Fassel running the offense. Twins offense has more life than that offense which is hard to believe.

-- I still don't think the Giants are a playoff team no matter what the NY media and Giants fans tell you.

-- To have three good Runningbacks like the Steelers have is a great situation.

-- Congrats to Romeo Crennel in winning his first game as a Browns coach. I wish him the best of luck and for more wins to come.

-- Maybe it's me, but I have grown to enjoy watching Trent Dilfer play.

-- Here's hoping the Patriots make mistakes like they did Sunday in the playoffs especially against the Colts.

-- Who will win first? Randy, Denny, or the Vikings.

First, Chad Pennington still sucks. All he can do is throw lob passes. I throw harder then him, no joke.

Please stop complaining about the Giants, it's no big deal. They would have won that game no matter where it was played.

Royce: You can bet if this happens to another team not a NY teamwhich another team has a home game, I would have complained. This has nothing to do with me bashing a NY sports team. Besides you are missing the point of what I was saying. I hope you took the time to read Adrian Wojnarnowski's take on this situation. He talked about how the NFL was out to help benefit NY and such. The whole thing was a sham and the thing that really piss me off is the Giants get the revenue from this game not the Saints. I am not that upset about the game. I am just upset about the arrogance the New York Giants pull in this, but then again that's the characteristic trait of NY sports franchise.
