I don't know if anyone saw the Penguins game on Monday, but Marc Andre Fleury looked absolutely amazing. He could be a really sucessful goalie in the NHL THIS YEAR if the Penguins played any kind of defense at all for him. He made several HUGE point blank saves against some pretty good scorers on the Sabres. (Afinigenov, Briere, Hecht, Vasek)

I checked out some of that game,after spending a few minutes trying to find OLN on my TV.

But yeah,this guy was awesome in the nets.But with the new rules designed to generate more offense,the defense will have to step it up big time.

I remember he was named to Canada's under-20 team when he was 17 and undrafted and I was surprised, then he was named the starter and led us to the gold medal game. I was amazed at his play, even though he didnt win it all.
