I cannot believe they still do not have a win at this point in the season. It looks like some changes are needed in the steel city. I don't believe that Eddie Olcyzk is capable of handling this team, they need a more experienced coach to deal with all of the veterans they have.

I disagree. Th eproblem with this team is that they have too much talent. I know that sounds crazy, but they are trying too hard to just set up the perfect play rather than to just shoot the damn puck on net. I think they will get things turned around here starting tonight.

That's a valid point. From the two games Ive seen this season their stars (palffy,lemieux, and even crosby to an extent) to seem reluctant to shoot the puck. That and their lack of defensive discipline kill them night in and night out. I honestly believe a stricter, more experienced coach would help them rectify that. Not knocking Eddie O in any way, he's a great guy, but I just don't think he is the right man to coach the Pens right now.

problems with the Pens as far back as i can remember
1) they don't play hard for the whole game
2) they don't shoot enough
3) they don't play defense
4) they don't check enough
5)thisyr-best goalie is in the minors
