I know. :D But it's more about the way people leave. I didn't want to re-sign Pedro for 5 years, that was insane. BUT, I expected a competitive replacement, NOT Matt Clement.

well alright...I read tony mazz's story in the herald, but he gave no evidence whatsoever. all he said was that theo was being smeared...he never said how.

Lucchino was with the Orioles at one time, but I'm not sure he was ever with the Marlins.

Maybe they'll get Hunsicker :notme: He's apparently a potential replacement for a couple of teams.

Boston Mangement has history of doing this trash. Some is speculation of the newspaper, like NY newspaper talking a lot of smack when a former Yankee leave New York for another team. Boston newspaper and mangement do the same. Both don't always do, but the majority of the time, it's both. It's not hard to believe that mangement is doing this to Theo. Of course, all this guy did was put together a baseball team that finally brought WS championship to Boston, but hell, that mean nothing. :coffee

Now, I know Pedro talked a lot smack when he left, but we have to admit, management did try to make Pedro look like the bad guy, too. What's that crap saying Pedro was done? I know I won't sign him for 5 years either, but jeez, to spread crap about him around, so other teams won't offer him as much. Come on, only ignorant people believe that trash and just make the people spreading that trash look stupid.

Boston management is classless at times. It's not just Larry and Henry, but I remember the same stuff happening a few years back with Clemens. Again, Clemens is a jerk that run his mouth off like Pedro, but management also had it coming to them spreading trash around Clemens, like they did with Pedro.

Honestly, I can't dislike Clemens and Pedro for the fact that management pulls these smear campaigns that just make them look retarded.
