I was so happy for Dungy and Peyton for overcoming their demons at Foxboro against the Pats..Now it's just a regular season game, but this was a huge game for the Colts in a lot of reasons. For one thing, Colts needed this game to prove that they can beat the Pats. Second, Colts need those wins to get home-field throughout the AFC playoffs so this game was very important. Third, they needed to beat a great team to find out if they are legit enough. I like what I saw out there tonight. They did not play scared out there. Peyton really did a great job against that defense.
Has the Colts solve their problems against the Pats? Tough to tell. They gotta get it done in the postseason whether it's at the RCA Dome or at the Foxboro come January.
The important thing is that the Colts don't have to hear about how they can't beat the Pats at least till the postseason begins.
As for the Colts going undefeated, I still can't see it.
Are the Colts very good? Tough to tell. To me, the key is to get that home-field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs.
For one night, the critics can pipe down about how the Colts can't beat the Pats.
