Unfortunately (as an Illini fan), I have to agree. They should have a great season and go deep into the tourney, at least as deep as last year.

Dee Brown coming back to Illinois is a big boost and should allow Illinois to compete, but replacing Deron Williams and Luther Head with freshmen will limit the teams success this year.

It should be another good season in the Big 10 overall this year. OSU, Wisconsin, Illinois, MSU, Indiana and Minnesota should all be tourney teams this year.

They are likely on the front page of all the sports sections in Hawaii as well after getting mauled last night.

OOPS...may not be thier year after all.

Yeah, the first game of the year always determines how good a team will finish.

If the game between the Zags and the Spartans is any indication how talented these teams are, :Wow:

Couldn't ask for a better ball game tonight, except if the Spartans would have won.
