Well duh, Yao strikes me as being kind of dumb, and he's slow as hell, and is a poor defender. :)

He soooooo is man, and I feel bad! But aside from us being friends he is too soft. In person 2, he lets people walk all over him and can't say no. His heart is too good. I love the guy though!

I believe, given time, Yao can be one of the most dominate players in the league. If I had a team full of shooters, I would take Wallace, but a team like Houston, I would want Yao. There has never been anyone over 7 feet tall that has a smoother shot than Yao. And I have never seen anyone play Shaq like he did. And as far as his soft personality, its kinda hard for him. He barely speaks english.

His english is very fluent actually. He speaks it well, he has some trouble with words but he is good and understands everything

I try. :D But honestly, I see a lot of potential in him. Especially that game a few years ago against Shaq. You have to remember that Yao isnt the first dude from China to play in the NBA. It was Wang Zhizhi. But he stunk. :D

I would pick Ben Wallace! Wallace! Wallace! anyday over Yao, 3time Def. player of year in a row, look at the numbers hes putting up for the Pistons this year. :yadda: Not offensive but defensive.

Wallace dudes. Defense is a premium in this league.

That, and Yao is slow getting back and isn't physical enough.

yao ming is one of the most overrated players in the league! this guy should be getting 15 rebouds a game and instead hes getting 9 and he barely scores 20 give me ben wallace instead of yao any day!
