Its too Damned Windy

anyone who saw the bears game on sunday knew it was windy then. with gusts up to 47 mph, that was bad. But now its like blowing at above 55 mph. Its too damned loud and will be keeping me from going to sleep sometime soon. :bonehead

true. but not here. Winds dont get above 35 mph very often. Winds above 50 are relatively rare. At least, not outside of downtown where the wind tunnels are. I really dont like dumpsters rolling down the alleys and banging around. thats the worst part of it.

The wind just started kicking back up here around 6:30.

The temperature out here shot up to about 60 degrees around 5 o'clock.

Beleive me Ray,I know about those downtown wind tunnels.Last year,my sun glasses blew off my face in a 50 mph swirling wind at Michigan and Oak. :eek:

Ya I hear ya. We have to tie up our trash cans. I lost my dogs swimming pool last year.

One thing I hate the most here is that people know the wind blows and let there trash fly all around. Every spring there is so much trash in the fences.

It's still bad this morning. I had to hunt down my garbage can this morning. I was getting blown all over the toll road driving in to work. And not the way I normally like to if you know what I mean.

that was sunday coming home for me from milwaukee (both in the AM when it was reallllly bad) and in the evening.

Yep, Winter is coming.
