A role reversial this year for the challenge. In previous years a quality Big Ten team stayed home, but with the addition of ACC teams there is eleven games, which means BC doesn't play for the ACC. A definite advantage in the Big Ten's favor. There's finally some even match-ups and no blatant gimmies. Looking at the match-ups, I think this is finally the Big Ten's year and they will pull it out 6-5.
Tonight
Virginia Tech @ Ohio State
I don't see the Bucks losing this one, they are very underrated and VaTech is very ordinary. Thad Motta is doing a great job here, Bucks win easy.
Tomorrow
Wisconsin @ Wake Forest
This is a pretty even match-up, but unfortunatly the advantage goes to the home team.
Purdue @ Florida State
Another even match-up between two subpar teams, my gut says Purdue will win, but I don't know too much about FSU to make it a solid pick, so again, I'll give the edge to the home team.
Clemson @ Penn State
See the previous two, edge to the home team.
Illinois @ North Carolina
Finally, a road win, Illinois is a better team than North Carolina and have plenty of experience, the most lopsided contest for the series.
Miami @ Michigan
Michigan is probably slightly better than Miami and playing at home they should win.
Wednesday
Georgia Tech @ Michigan State
Another match-up with the strong favor on the Big Ten's side. MSU has talent and experience and should win easily.
Minnesota @ Maryland
A lopsided match-up in the ACC's favor this time as Maryland should clean up at home.
Northwestern @ Virginia
I know diddly about either team, both are bad, so Viriginia wins by default of being at home.
Duke @ Indiana
The best match-up of the challenge. Duke is overrated and Indiana is pretty good too. With Indiana at home, always a tough game, Indiana should pull the upset to clinch it for the Big Ten.
NC State @ Iowa
Another good, even match-up, NC State is hot, but Iowa is also talented, I want to say the home court advantage will reign, but I think NC State will pull it out.
