Delgado was trade to the Mets. Wagner also sign his deal with the Mets and he'll be their closer come next season.

Loaiza signed with the A's.

Probably Youkillis. Who else? I doubt Konerko is coming to Boston and outside him, who else would be better at 1B? Well, I would like them to bring John back since I think he did great for us last season at 1B. John and Youkillis sharing time would be good. Allow Youkillis to take over if he become really good at the plate.

Texas needs pitching. Let's get creative. Trade Manny to the Mets for pitching prospects and ship em to Texas for Texeira and Soriano.

I see a 1B coming by trade. Youks will be splitting time at 3rd unless Lowell resurrects his career. JMO.

I doubt Texeira moving. But, if we have to ship Manny, then Red Sox could get Texas involved, so we could obtain Soriano. To be honest, I know we're not going to get equal value for Manny. If we got the young Soriano in return for Manny, also remove Manny from American League, remove him from threaten the Red Sox, outside Interleague Play and WS, if both teams were there.

A couple beef with the deal is Soriano suck at 2B and has whined he does not want to move to OF, which everybody know he should do. A free swinger, too, but at Boston, that a good thing. He'll strike out a lot, but do some damage. Of course, that's a nice idea, Princess, but I doubt such a deal would come into existent, but you never know...

I prefer receive less if Manny going to leave, if he removed from our league. I could careless if the Mets are better than our team unless we played each another in WS. I would love to get our hand on Milledge, trust me, he's a beast. Mets fan that know of Milledge know he's going to be big. The Mets have hit it big recently with stars from their farm system with Wright and Reyes. At this point, if Manny want out, he can be the Mets' problem.

I will be very annoyed if he get to go Anaheim. I rather have him not play and pay him to sit if he does not want to play for Boston than trade him to a team that will become a threat to us, being the Angels. Give him the T.O. treatment. If we get prospect for Manny, then I want to get Milledge. Manny and Pedro can put on their show at New York.

Milledge does nothing for me. NOTHING. I want good MLB players for Manny, not a guy who may be okay. I've looked at his numbers, I'm not impressed.

We must get creative, not give Manny away for peanuts. I didn't see the Beckett deal coming, hopefully they do something impressive here.

While I also prefer getting some players to help the team now, Mets got no current players to offer and I want Manny out of the AL since I refuse to have him improve any AL team, because he's whining about privacy and want out of Boston. My main concern is getting him out of the AL, of course, I prefer him being a Red Sox next year, but my first concern is him going to NL and not going to the Angels.

Honestly, I can see the GM committee hard at work trying involve teams in a big deal to trade Rameriz away if Manny does really want out. I like the deal you suggest, Princess a lot, but nothing about it has come up quite yet. I won't be surprised if such a deal is being discuss. I believe the Mets want to deal Zambrano, the guy they got for that Kazmir kid, so he might be alluring to Texas. Texas is a reasonable third team to be involved in a deal, if we're going to have one big deal for Manny.

I hear ya, I hate to trade him in the AL too, at least not to a contender. I just want us to wait and get as much as possible, and really get creative, not just give him to Omar who is trying his best to out-Steinbrenner Steinbrenner.

eh, I can deal with us trading him to Texas...Offense has never been a problem for them, it's pitching, so we can give them all the Offense we want, it wont really matter :P
