Wow. Larry Brown is finally showing me something, as are players like Jamal Crawfrod, Eddie Curry, and Quentin Richardson. The Knicks beat the 4th best home team in the NBA and the team with the second best record in the east on their home floor in Cleveland. Marbury played great and was complemented after the game by Brown. He finished with 22 points and 5 assists but Crawford stole the show in the second half, finishing with 26. All night Richardson played good D on LeBron especially in the 4th quarter, when he scored 4 points. He did finish with 36 points but it could have been much more. The Knicks seem to be playing like a team and are finally buying into their coach. Frye has been excellent all year and has suprised me greatly. He's got a great shot from the perimeter and is a good rebounder with a great inside game. I wonder if the Knicks can keep this up; tonight vs. the Mavs at the Garden.

Im sure Tim will ahve something to say... Marbury is showing something! How has Ariza been doing?

Ariza hasn't been getting many minutes. Woods has been playing over him off the bench.

Ariza did play decent vs. Seattle and Washington in about 25 minutes of play. He didn't play last night vs. Cleveland or vs. Phoenix.

Same, he's a great defender but needs to work on his shot.

I had a chance to watch NY1 (a New York news channel on Time Warner Cable System) last night and that show, Sports on 1, had a snap poll about who should get the credit for the Knicks success. The three choices were Larry, Stephon, or the rookies. I picked Larry. Why? Because he is starting to let the kids play. He is starting to let Marbury play. He is starting to give minutes to Nate and Channing which to me is a paramount to Knicks success.

Obviously, wins are very important, but the part I like about the Knicks during the winning streak is they are playing basketball. Quality basketball. Playing defense, sharing the rock, and finding the open man. This is something the Knicks need to do on a consistent basis.

Yeah, they are 1.5 games ahead of Toronto and only 1 game behind Boston for 3rd....

What an amazing 5 game stretch they are on beating 2 of the NBA's better teams on back to back nights:thumbsup:

Obviously I knw its early and it is a nice stretch for the Knicks but after Wed nights game, technically we are only 2 games out from the 8th spot for the playoffs... Isn't that crazy?

It was only a little over a week ago that they were challenging for the worst record in the NBA....:laff:

Ah, you gotta love the NBA;)

Hopefully they can keep up the good play...

Make that Five!!!

They are playing with a lot of heart. I tell ya what. This team is so fun to watch when they can play together when you look at the influx of young players out there. I rather watch the Knicks than the Nets. To see them battle tonight especially in OT was something to watch.

It took the Pistons several months to figure out Browns system his first year here.
