A day after the Eagles gave agent Drew Rosenhaus permission to seek a trade for expelled receiver Terrell Owens, one of his Dolphins' clients said N-O to T.O. During a radio interview on 790 The Ticket (WAXY-AM) on Wednesday, Dolphins tight end Randy McMichael passionately voiced his opinion against adding the outspoken five-time Pro Bowl receiver to his tight-knit team. "I don't need a guy like T.O. in the locker room," McMichael said. "Because I don't need that virus like that. The guy destroyed two locker rooms already and it's only a matter of time before it happens again. "The guy's a great football player and I'm sure he's a great person, but I just don't want him to mess up everything we built down here."

Funny how players who have to go though the same contracts and money that T.O. goes though dont want anything to do with the guy.

A Chris Chambers/Terrell Owens combo at receiver might seem tantalizing to Dolfans. But count Chambers among those opposed to it. Chambers believes adding Owens would be a bad idea and hurt chemistry. ''If you have another star receiver, it would cause more controversy,'' he said. `` Marty Booker is an excellent receiver . . . We have [tight end] Randy McMichael. We already have the pieces here. I don't see a reason to go get a big-time receiver.'' Miami is among several teams that intrigue Owens, who reportedly has drawn interest from the Jets and Tampa.

The Phins said the same thing about Ricky. Trust me, there will be a battle for this guy.

Saban is a Belichik guy. And we all know that Bill will never ever want to have a TO on his roster.

But PP is right, there will be a fight for TO's services.

He'll absolutely catch onto another team. No way he's going to get the huge long term deal he was looking for though. He'll be lucky to get a two year deal now.

only reason he dont want TO on there is because it would affect his stats

Not everyone is as self-centered as you believe. His explanation is a logical one as the Dolphins showed great team chemistry down the stretch. However, I'd love to see T.O. playing for the Dolphins.

The one team that would have been desperate enought to give him that long contract is Baltimore. However, TO screwed that up too.

T.O. should not even play in the NFL.

I have no idea where he'll end up next season, but we have not seen the last of T.O. in the NFL. Before he pulled that stunt, it could have been debated he was having the best season of all WR up to that point before he was removed from the Eagles. People will still take a shot on T.O., even with his attitude. Sadly, his talent is so good, it allow him to get another chance, even though he completely doesn't deserve such a thing.

TAMPA?!

Does John Gruden think he can handle T.O. after he failed to handle Keyshawn Johnson? What a :bonehead !

I dont care where he plays, as long as it is not Chicago. He would be best suited to play on a team where there is leadership (either player or coach) that is willing to knock his teeth out when he acts up. Unless he has grown up during his "vacation", I think the same things will happen again.

I dont think he can be as picky this year as he was last year. He will likely have a short list of teams to choose from - those teams that are willing to take a chance on him for a year or two.

TO needs to go to a place with a veteran qb who isnt soft that could take what TO has to say or do

Last time I checked, the Dolphins play in Miami, not Tampa Bay. I quoted from your first post. ;)

Yes and John Gruden coachs the buc's not the Fins. So Gruden would have nothing to do with T.O. if he went to the Dolphins.

i still think TO should have bought that Arena Football team that was up for sale on ebay. That way he could have been the Owner/GM/Coach/player. He could have called his team the "TOs" and made every player on the team change their name to "Terrel Owens", that way he could get credit for every TD that was scored. Then he could give himself his own accolades when he reaches meaningless milestones in his career.

shad... he wasnt talking about if TO plays for the Dolphins. He is talking about the last line in post #2 in this thread where it says he has also drawn interest from the Bucs and Jets.
