Magic did the right thing suspending him. You don't disrespect your boss whether you like to play in garbage time or not. Francis did not want to play in a blowout with the Magic losing. He hasn't been happy with the losing and the fact the offense has grown stale. He got frustrated. Still, that's not the right thing to do. It's like when my boss tells me to go make coffee for our patrons, but I make it. I don't argue because it's not a professional thing to do. He has to do his job whether he likes it or not.
I don't see Magic trading him though for that incident. They are in no rush to trade him. I would love to get Francis badly, but we have nothing to offer to Orlando.
Speaking of Francis, his NBA career has been as disastrous as Marbury's. Let's see. He forced himself out of Vancouver to Houston. He did nothing for the Rockets and he pissed Van Gundy off in the process. He hasn't done much in Orlando.
