I think it's a good move for the Suns to put him out there till March. They have done well without Amare and Amare don't have to rush right away either. It's a good move for both parties.

You really have to credit Mike D'Antoni for getting the most out of his team this season. I think he is doing even a better job than last year when you look at the injuries that the Suns have. It helps that he has one of the best players in basketball to make it happen, but it's not easy as it looks either. I thought the Suns would be a 6 or 7 seed without Amare, but they have looked very good when you look at what has gone on.

Can't wait to see Amare soon.

i agree. i think d'antoni has made a good decision in keeping amare out. with the suns doing so well, why try and bring him back too early? good call... it does make me anxious to see how they will all mesh when hes back in the line-up, however. i definately gave a :nono1: to those who said the suns could not be as strong as they were last year. they are a great team with great players and im looking forward to tonights game!!!

go suns

Thanks for responding.

You have it great as a Suns fan, princessfishy. I have lot of admiration for that organization. They have done a great job building that team from scratch. I wish Kevin McHale, the Timberwolves inept GM, would have that same intelligence like Bryan Colangelo and his staff.

I think Phoenix will be a tough out for anyone. They definitely have the pieces to beat the Spurs, Mavericks, and even the Pistons. Question is will they play tough defense come playoff time. I will say this. If the Timberwolves win the division, I want no part of the Suns because it would be a four-game sweep.

yes, they have the pieces and hopefully they can figure out where they all go. they had a good defense last year, but it fell apart at the end. ill never forget that gruesome 3rd quarter with the spurs..OUCH!!! thanks for the vote of confidence!!!

You have to hope that Raja Bell and Kurt Thomas can provide you that grit on Defense.
