How about those Raptors? They are 12-9 after a rough start. I am not suprised that they are playing well. They got some good core of young players in Bosh, Villaneuva (I wonder how Stephen A. Smith feels about him now), Calderon, and Bonner. Eventually, they were not going to play as bad as their record indicates all season with this young talent. Now you are seeign the rewards.
I am very happy to see Sam Mitchell do well. I know he got lot of heat last year for being too hard on everyone. You are seeing results right now under Mitchell's leadership. He has done a great job nuturing the young kids aboard.
I hope they keep this up. I would love to see this team do well. I know lot of Raptors fans and they are very damn loyal to the team. Plus I talk to their TV PBP guy, Chuck Swirsky a lot as I talk about the Wolves. I consider him a good friend and I know he does a darn good job covering the Raptors if you read his thoughts on the Raptors website or if you listen to him on League Pass.
Oh and I hope they somehow keep Mike James. He is a good player. He is going to get a big payday from someone. Sealy told me that he wants to play for the Knicks. Is he kidding me? Knicks got a PG and how is the Knicks situation any beter.
