Minimum Qualifications to get into the Hall:

1. 3 years as a member of the site This rule I will be a little lenient. By that I mean I will make someone eligible if they meet the other qualifications and it isnt exactly 3 years. I basically wont recognize the month but more-so the year. So if you register in Oct of 2002 and it is now Jan of 2005 if you meet the minimum post count then you will be added to the ballot.

2. A minimum of 10,000 posts.

3. 70% of the votes. Everyone will be allowed to make multiple votes and the poll will show the # of voters and %.
