Rangers Lose Opener

We lost it trough our pitching which is the way most games will go. Park got into trouble in the first and escaped. But he never really had it going yesterday. This A's team is a great team, and I think some of the pressure is gone with Giambi gone. Thier SP is so good, I wish we could have started teh season with a different team. With our new SP staff we needed a few wins under the belt and this is putting us down from the start. Velarde got hit in the hand yesterday, his x-rays were negative, and he is day-2-day. Juan swung good and so did Blaylock. Hank is a rook that could sneak into the picture as ROY. He has a wippin stick like Pujols, and he plays D, unlike the unmentionable guys we have had their the past few years (Lamb)!!

It is Rogers and Hudson tonight. I see a tough pitchers duel if Rogers gets it going.
