Congrats to all Steelers fans. It has been a long time between titles. The Blond Bombshell wasn't even there to celebrate, pity the fool who would miss title #5.

This Super Bowl had two of the lowest ranked QB in the history of the NFL, but you know what? Doesn't matter, Big Ben got the team the win, so that's all that matters in the end.

Congratulations to the Steelers for winning the Super Bowl.

If it's true, it would not have been the wisest thing to do on Cowher's part. I would hope he would never stoop to that level. He is too good of a person and a coach to do that especially when you consider the Bengals will likely be the team to beat next year.

All their playmakers except maybe Roethlisberger, and Polamalu are close to 30. That's all I meant. :notme:

If you think there are lot of Steelers fans now around the country, it will be mulitipled by 50 times after them winning the SB. UGH!

The Steelers are going to have a tough time repeating next year. There are a lot of solid teams in the AFC that didn't make the playoffs - Miami, San Diego, Kansas City. And of course Indy, Cincinnati and New England will be right up there as well.

Pittsburgh might not even finish 2 in their division next year. It could go like this: Cincinnati, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Baltimore

Well, the Steelers are Superbowl champs. For now, I want to pretend like there is no next season, and that we will be the champs perpetually. :)

Wonder how you came to this conclusion.

The schedule for the Steelers and Bengals in 2006 is not easy for either team. Bengals have the 3rd toughest schedule by win percentage. The Steelers have a tough schedule, too, but get to play teams like Kansas City and Denver at home while the Bengals have to go to KC and Denver next season.

Steelers' schedule

Home- Baltimore, Cincinatti, Cleveland, Denver, Kansas City, New Orleans, Tampa Bay, and Miami.

Away- Baltimore, Cincinatti, Cleveland, Oakland, San Diego, Atlanta, Carolina, and Jacksonville.

Bengals' schedule

Home- Baltimore, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Oakland, San Diego, Atlanta, Carolina, and New England.

Away - Baltimore, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Denver, Kansas City, New Orleans, Tampa Bay and Indianapolis.

Also, Palmer is coming off an injury during the playoff game. I think the Steelers would be more favor to win the division next year than Cincinatti.

Well it would be nice if it worked out that way, but if you watch football for enough years you'll realize that the toughest schedule 1 year can be the easiest schedule the next.

Besides I didn't say the Steelers would finish 3rd. I said they very well could end up there, which is always true, because it's always a possibility.

There really is no point in even attempting to guess what's going to happen next year bud. Not until the season starts.

EDIT: You're welcome to state your oppinion, but if you're trying to counter an oppinion you think I stated then you're lost, because I never stated one.
