Now it's his back. What a massive dissappointment this guy is. He can't pitch and he whines that he is miserable in NY. AND, we can't even trade him because he has less value than Sosa.

We're stuck with him and the $39M we owe him. :eviltongu

I saw that he might miss the start of the season? Boy, that's one bidding war I'm glad the Sox lost.

At least Clement was useful for half a season, unlike Pavano, who was never useful.

Anyway, we should give Clement the a chance still. At least he's going out there and pitching unlike Pavano. Only problem I have with Clement is the absurd amount of money they signed him for. We'll see what Clement will do this season and let's hope it's another bust or half season wonder.

Pavano? Think the Yankees probably should have trade him when they had the chance?

I'm sure the new Yankee fan is thrilled his thread was hijacked by a buch of weirdos. :D

I think that window was open for about one week last spring.

I am sensing a large Boston RS contingent here (not that there is anything wrong with that - Seinfeld)

Am I wrong or are ther more NYY fans underground?

There are plenty of NYY fans here, but this offseason has been pretty quiet.

For the most part, the Sox and Yanks fans here get along pretty well.

It is THE rivalry in all of sports. Without each other, th Yanks and Sawx fans would have no context...we're symbiotic. I love the good natured ribbing and barbs that comes with the turf.

But I agree, it has been a dreadful off-season. Princess seems pretty upset at Damon, though...and is that A-Rod's face on the dog in her avatar?

:wave1: Yankee fan here :D

And yes, that would be A-Rod. I used to have this one: :D

Some teams asked about Pavano earlier this off-season about Pavano, but I believe Yankees decide to stick with him and see what they would get.

The only Yankee fans I noticed on this forum is Royce and milky. I think there's another dude called Yankee21, but I can't remember, but I mostly talk with milky and Royce during the baseball season. There hasn't been much to brick about this off-season.

There's about 5 or 6 Yankee fans, Royce and Milky are the only hard core ones that post in the off-season. This forum will pick up in April.

Meanwhile you have us Sox fans to play with. :D
