You would think Albert would have better things to do.

He has been pretty clean in recent years so this is dissapointing.

With his history of staying out of trouble, he should be fine. I don't think the bad part of his past will come up. Poor man, he had hall-of-fame talent but needed a stable rock to be firm on during his playing career.
