Randy Johnson, followed by Mussina, followed by Chacon, followed by Pavano, followed by Wang, followed by Wright.
1. Randy Johnson - Why won't he?
2. Shawn Chacon - On the rise.
3. Mike Mussina - On the decline.
4. Chien-Ming Wang - Small question mark about injuries, but should be solid.
5. Carl Pavano - Might be good, but probably might be injuried or just an utter bust.
6. Jaret Wright - Biggest joke in existence. Relief pitchers will have more win than him. Give me Small over this bum.

Whoever actually manage to pitch the whole season without injuries!!!
Chances are though... in order of probable wins
1.Randy: most likely, timeless hall of fame sure to be...
2.Chacon: If he has the stuff from last season he can win a LOT.. he was realistically the best Yanks starter after he got there, espically in big situations.. possible weakness ... weren't exactly that hot before he got to NY.. though even Nolan Ryan or Roger Clements in their best days probably cna't do that well with the Rockies heh....
3.Wang: He's very very solid, and with an offensive like the Yanks behind him, consistent = a ton of wins, possible weakness though, a)injuries.. he was hailed as the savior of the Yanks in early half season last year until he got hurt... b) fielding.. he won't strike out everyone... if the defense slacks he's going to be having a ton of unearned runs...
4.Moose: obviously on the decline....if the trend continues i highly doubt he will stay high up in the rotation for the whole season.
5.Pavano: healthy? a major major issue........though if he can stay healthy and turn it on he have a shot to win a lot...
possible wild card candidates:
6.Aaron Small: The big apple miracle man.... with the age and injury history of this starting lineup.. he'll most likely see some time to start.. if not a lot of time....
7.Jaret Wright: personally i think the yanks are simply keeping him cause no one else want him (without a trade that include the yanks paying his contract anyway) and pitching him cause they feel "god we are pay this guy too much to freeze him in the bullpen forever" ... never the less he has done well before.... let's hope he can find it again this year

Yes.

He's in the pen more because he's the only real proven long reliefer the Yanks had last year (which was almost as big of a hole as the one left by Pavano/Wrigth/Brown in the starting rotation)...
That and because they are paying Jaret Wright way too much to keep him frozen in the pen = =b...
And besides, Small pulled a hamstring in spring training and will start the season on the DL anyway.
1 randy johnson (he had better)
2 Shawn Chacon (he is on the rise)
3 Chien Ming Wang (should do well if he stays healthy)
4 Mike Mussina (I dont have high expectations for him this year)
5Aaron Small (He will wind up in the rotation)
Jaret Wright and Carl Pavano I predict will not do anything for the Yankees this year (other than give the team lots of headaches)

If Randy is healthy, I think he'll win 20+ games this season...
