Pats sign Flying Gramatica

Kicker Martin Gramatica, who was out of football all of last season, was signed by New England Thursday as a potential replacement for the departed Adam Vinatieri.

The Patriots also signed safety Tebucky Jones, who was one of their two first-round draft picks in 1998 but was traded away four years ago.

Didnt think this was the kind of player the Pats was looking for!

It will be interesting to see how the Pats do this season. They've got a bunch of $$ under the cap, yet have been very quiet on the market.
