Alrighty, the 1998 Yanks started the season on the West Coast to a lovely tune of 1-4, so as of yet we are still in calm waters.
If we lose today, The B!tching shall commence like never before!!
Mussina vs. Colon, rematch of Game 5
LET'S GO YANKEES!

Awesome game. I didn't see any of it. I had baseball all day.
Thank god. Let's not lose to the Royals this week.

If only they could get a Cy young pitcher to bat against every game....
If they drop the series to the Royals we might have some genuine rights to be concerned though lol, but it's the 3.86 era Wang vs the wooping 12.78 era Mays...

Hopefully Wang pitches better then his last outting. He really lost it when Jeter made that error(which you can't do as a pitcher). And Mays always pitches bad.

Well, the b!tch storm has been postponed to another day :)
Excellent game by Mussina. He and Randy are looking hot right now :D
Still some questionable bullpen usage. Farnsworth and Mo for an inning a piece in a 10 run game? When Torre won't use them in a tie game in the bottom of the 9th? Oooo-kay.
But we won in kick-ass fashion, so all would-be complaints seem useless to argue :D

Put Mo out just to make sure he was still alive LOL!!!... i mean seriously he shoulda used him in the closer games earlier instead of this one.. but since he didn't at least he got him out to remember what the mound looks like again.
