Of course it's because of the acquisition of Edgerrin James and the drafting of Matt Leinart! No WAY! My cousin, Jonathan Lewis was drafted in the 6th round, pick #177 overall! Boy am I happy. :banana:

Cardinals got a gift in Leinert at #10. Good for them, they should be a great team in the near future.

I really can see playoffs next year for the Cards. The fans will be rejuvenated because of the new stadium and their defense will be down right scary for years to come. The defense boasts: Karlos Dansby, Antrel Rolle, Bertrand Berry, Darnell Dockett, Adrian Wilson, etc. Those guys have been drafted in the past 5 years, which shows the Cardinals have drafted well and hung on to those guys. The offense has: Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Boldin, Edgerrin James, Leonard Davis, and Kurt Warner. GO CARDS!!

Arizona also stole Leonard Pope(TE Georgia) with the 72nd pick. Bears fans were waiting for a TE, maybe even him. But no, the Cardinals took Pope one pick before the Bears, so they took Devin Hester(KR/PR-Miami Fla.).
