Since when do the Mets have two Jorge Julio's? :laff:
I think this outing puts Rivera back on track. He was lights out except for that one slap hit by Matsui.

Wagner blows. I wonfer what his ERA against the AL is. I know the Sox used to eat him alive too. That straight ass fastball is useless. He ruined my day.

He ruined every Met fan's day. :duh: I give kudos to the Yankees (oooooh this hurts) for the comeback.

If you think about it, the Yankees really had little to do with that comeback. It was all Billy WAgner's incapability to find the strike zone. The Yankees just stood there and took ball after ball and got hit with one. The only things the Yankees really did was get 2 hits, work a nice walk (Melky Cabrera), and beat out a double play ball (Damon). From there the Yankees played great; awesome pitching from Mo' and a clutch hit from Philly.
Wagner couldn't deal with the weakest part of the Yankee line-up. It honestly had the be the worst pitching performance I had the pleasure of watching this offseason. He recovered tonight, but he's still blown far too many saves this season. Jeez, I stii find it ridiculous this guy getting pay 10 million a year.
