I love the two Carloses!!! :cheer:
Man, Delgado is so cool, isn't he?! He hits it, he knows it's a homerun, he doesn't stop to admire, he just puts his head down and starts towards first.
I love him. :love2:

It would be nice if Glavine could keep the ball in the freakin park!!:ugh:

Good, Delgado has been shirking his fantasy duties this year. It's nice to see him get hot.

Yikes. They keep saying the air in Philly tonight is just prime for carrying balls out of the park. Glavine's disgusted with his own pitching, so maybe he can correct it. He keeps leaving balls up in the strike zone - and ....there they go, out of the park. :ugh:
Maybe our guys can get ahold of a couple more.

Well Wright took one out to give the Mets back the lead!!
As Darling said, tonight is a night where Glavine had to throw the ball into a can to get a strike:hmm: Homeplate ump has a SMALL strikezone tonight...

Some guy who calls himself a Mets fan called Mike & the Dog yesterday to suggest that, since A-rod's so miserable with the NYYs, perhaps we should offer David straight-up to the NYYs for A-rod.
My response? NO FREAKING WAY! David is the best thing that's happened to this team and this town in a very long time.
One more thing -- Francesa said that the NYYs would do that deal in a heartbeat! :lmao:

The money difference alone would make that deal far more enticing to the NYYers or anyone else. Wright isn't eligible for his big payday yet for quite awhile. Then, the Mets will have to poney up!
