Jason Jennings and two relievers combined on a one-hitter - the second-lowest hit total in Coors Field's 11-year existence - and the Rockies beat the Oakland Athletics 6-0 on Tuesday night.

Coupled with a 7-0 win over the A's Monday night, it marked the second back-to-back shutouts at Coors; five Rockies pitchers did it in consecutive games April 30 and May 1, 2002.

I love hearing all the new quotes about how the Rockies are cheating, and all the other crap that teams are coming up with about Coors. You hear everything excpet that the pitchers are getting better.

Great show last night by the Rockies!!

I love the idea. It is something that effects BOTH teams. I guess they cant get that though there head.

But back in the 1800's when people was coming from the east to the west in the covered wagons and they came though this area the iron covers on the wheels would fall off because the wood would shink up.

The same thing happens with the balls. They shrink and turn into little rockets. This is just keeping the balls the same and it is showing to in the Rockies road record.
