What two former players hold the NL rookie record for for most HR's by a left-handed hitter against LHP?

How about Eddie Mathews and Johnny Mize?
Was Reggie Jackson still a rookie in 1968?

Good guesses, but no. One was before 1930 and the other after 1980, if that helps.:)

You get a couple of   's for Justice, who hit 10 dingers off LHP in his rookie season in 1990. Straw his single digits his rookie campaign. He did hit 20 off LHP in 1988. Nice work Willie:thumbsup:

  Justice, as Willie nailed and Del Bissonette who hit 10 of his 28 HR's as a rookie for Brooklyn in 1928. Very nice Henry.
The Dodgers have Del Bissonette.
No meal has he ever missed yet.
The question that rises
Is one that surprises:
Who paid for all Del Bissonette?
