I can not believe we lost that one last night. And Rocker man, is he going to become that dominant closer again???? People are jsut sitting on his heat now and they know that is all he can bring. I am not saying we didn't have a shot, we gave the game away in the 10th. Bases loaded with no outs and 2 dribblers for home plate force outs and a great grab by the A's SS to get the 3rd out. We just need to do the little things better now.

Oh, and Rudy Guliani threw out the first pitch. He really liked the ballpark, and said he would like to see 2 similar in NYC. One for each of the teams. It really is a great ballpark.

Sorry about the game. Rocker has the ability to be so dominant, he used to kill us in the Mets/Braves games.

I think he may make a run one day for President. He stood by NYC like a great ambassidor and still in my mind is doing it.

I was within a foot of Guliani around August, when he was at Williamsport for the Little League World Series finals. I could have gotten his autograph, but I put it off because he's just a mayor and they usually don't get much attention. If only I would have known then how popular and famous he would have been three weeks later.
