Actually, I'm getting a red x too. I checked the properties, and I think the .jpg at the end somehow became .jsp, so that may be messing it up.

That is a beautiful park!!! It looks like a big ol' castle sitting there by the river!

Okay. I'm adding it to my list of ballparks I want to go to.

No spankin's yet, Tex.

Guys I found what the Rangers do not have on thier WP. A look at all the seating areas. This guy went to the park on day and shot every single seating location. He has to be mad, but it is the only thing like it. Please check it out, you won't be disapointed. It is cool to see sections I have sat in previous and remember them.

I can't believe they don't have it on their website. The Sox do. If you want to see Fenway up close, just go to www.redsox.com.

What a gorgeous Park! I must go see it! I want Section 19.:angel2:

My mom's boss has section 20 row 19. She gets tickets probably once a month or so when the boss man can't go. He has 4 seats so I can tag along sometimes with her and my dad. But that is if the wife wants to go. And most times she has other plans!!!

I want to sit at the Monster. Right at the line would be cool. I don't know why the Rangers never have added that feature. They are run by the same sight people as the rest of the league I believe.

The view is obstructed, and it is a *GASP* NON_ALCOHOL section.

Well nothing would beat sitting in the IF, but those seats I'm sure are taken. Plus, I don't drink at all, it is a life mission. I have taken 2 drinks my whole life. One at my wedding, and one New Years Eve after my wedding. But nothing ever before or since. Alcoholism is something I never want to play with, it is a drug that is legal, and I have seen the pain it can cause first hand.

Maybe with some help one day I can visit and get some good seats through my new found friends!!!!!!!!!!

No offense, TxRangers, but the Ballpark in Arlington is Texas' only saving grace. I spend way too much time down there...mostly east of Dallas, though. The people are fantastic...the drive from Denver to Muleshoe and then on to Dallas is the pits!

This be me and Nolan as you go into the ballpark:

RockieBill,

What way do you come down? I have driven that 287 to Amarillo on my drive out to Las Vegas, and it is the worst stretch of road I have been on. Sorry you don't like Dallas much, but neither do I, I perfer to spend my time in Fort Worth. It is much more like a small town, people walk in the streets there and the things to do are endless. I think people are afraid to do that in Dallas, and there is no culture there to draw them downtown except for the book depository. You should give the Stockyards in Fort Worth a look one time you are here, you might just get impressed.

Hi, TxRanger - I usually swing down I-35 from I-70, but I've taken 287 from Colorado, and also I-20 from the west. I didn't mean to come across quite so critical, I just meant that the drive is the pits, and the ballpark looks so good in comparison. Especially that 287 route - after fighting 10-12 hours of bad road and semis, that ballpark looks awsome!

I don't know if I like Dallas or not, as I haven't really spent enough time there to find out. I've stayed at a Motel 6 by Six Flags a few times, but all I really know about Dallas is what I've seen from the interstate. I've only stopped to catch some ballgames on my way through.

The ballpark itself is worth the trip, no matter who's playing. The people are so friendly, and I've never had a bad experience there. Except for having to travel in some pretty bleak country, scenery-wise, anyway, I get to see my three favorite ballparks a few times a season - Coors (well, more than a few), Arlington and Kauffman.
