It's been said many times, ML hitters know how to hit the first ball. They won't be in ML if they didn't. Even a player like Cho know how to hit the fastball. Beckett is once again exposed by a good offense club. Shocking? Happen so many times this year, I'm no longer shocked.

I'm really starting to dislike the fact he think major league hitters can't hit a fastball still after so many HR have been hit off him. You think he get a clue by this point.

Derek Lowe and Bronson Arroyo were both more reliable than Beckett's been.

the problem is, right now ALL of our pitchers are struggling. you know there's a problem when the best outing of the week was from Jason Johnson...

I KNOW that Beckett can do better than this, he was doing just fine for 5 innings. I dunno WTF happened, but 7 straight hits is unforgivable.

Pitching needs to step up, because as we saw yesterday, we can't come back to win every single game. We made it to 7-6, but ortiz can't do it everyday.

I've been saying it since Day 1. Beckett just isn't very good.
