ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) - Mike Cameron hit a two-run homer and Jeff Cirillo hit a three-run double as the Seattle Mariners completed their first four-game sweep ever at Anaheim with an 8-4 victory Thursday night.

Freddy Garcia (1-2) won his sixth straight decision over the Angels in seven starts. He allowed four runs _ three earned _ and nine hits in 6 1-3 innings without walking a batter.

Facing the .212-hitting Angels was just the ticket for the slumping right-hander, who allowed nine earned runs and 16 hits over 12 1-3 innings in his first two starts.

Garcia, whose 3.05 ERA last season was the beat in the AL, was 5-0 with a 0.96 ERA in six starts against Anaheim last year _ including two of his four career shutouts, and a 28-inning scoreless streak.

Angels batting coach Mickey Hatcher, who meets with his hitters at the beginning of a series to go over the opposing pitchers, huddled with all of them again before the series finale to try and devise a plan against Garcia.

The Mariners snapped a 2-2 tie in the sixth with six runs. Scott Schoeneweis (1-1) loaded the bases with an intentional walk to Ruben Sierra before Carlos Guillen singled home the go-ahead run, but center fielder Darin Erstad threw out Edgar Martinez at the plate.

Schoeneweis then walked Dan Wilson and grazed Charles Gipson two pitches later, forcing in another run. Desi Relaford chased the left-hander with an RBI single, and Cirillo greeted Donne Wall with a double that cleared the bases and extended Seattle's lead to 8-2.

Schoeneweis hit Martinez in the foot with one out in the fourth and Cameron followed with a drive to right-center for his first homer since opening day, helping the defending AL West champs beat the Angels for the 12th straight time in Anaheim and the 19th time in their last 23 overall.

The run scored by Martinez was the 1,064th of his career, breaking the franchise record set by Ken Griffey Jr.

Anaheim's runs came on a pair of RBI singles by David Eckstein and sacrifice flies by Erstad and Garret Anderson.

Notes: Martinez, Seattle's 39-year old DH, pulled a hamstring while running out a grounder to third in the ninth inning. He had to be helped off the field. ... Garcia's career ERA against the Angels is 1.84 in nine starts. ... Gipson, starting in RF while Gold Glove winner Ichiro Suzuki got the night off, robbed Bengie Molina of a possible RBI double in the fifth with a diving grab in the alley. ... Colorado Avalanche captain Joe Sakic, in town to play the Mighty Ducks Friday night, had a front-row seat behind the Angels' dugout.

P.S. Take Joe Sakic off of Team Canada, and Belarus wins the gold.
