This had to be the funniest ejection since Cookie Rojas about 15 years ago.
Tigers skipper Jim Leyland was ejected in the 7th inning,before the singing of God Bless america at Yankee Stadium this afternoon.
Leyland was arguing balls and strikes with home plate ump James Hoye in the 7th inning.The 2 began arguing as the Tigers went down in the 7th and that's when Leyland was tossed.Leyland then paused the argument when God Bless America was about to be sung.After the song ended,Leyland decided he was going to get his money's worth.:laff:
