I think that the NEW ORLEANS Hornets have done the best job this year YES i think they overpaid for lil Peja but still they made some solid moves... JR Smith got traded right? He should not have been traded they also got Bobby Jackson cheap...

The Hornets did make a lot of good moves and in about two or three years this team will be a Top 5 team in the West. They drafted two big men (Cedric Simmons and Hilton Armstrong), they signed Peja and Bobby Jackson, they also got rid of a guy who didn't get along with the coach (J.R. Smith). I didn't like the trade of JR either, but team chemistry is everything and one guy can take down the whole ship.

It's hard to say right now. How many big time free agents throughout the 4 main sports in the last decade really made an impact on their teams?

well I honestly do not know about their draft pics but they seemed very active and that shows with the resigning of the team GM who made great moves...

I was going to say Shaq, but I believe he was traded not a FA. I am looking forward to seeing Ben Wallace and Chicago this year.
I like Chicagos moves. Big Ben, although overpayed can help, Ty Thomas I really like his gameplay, wanna see what he is made of. Lakers also got Vlad Rad, I think he will be big for Lakers.

Ya Shaq really helped the team and believe it or not i THINK that Boris Diaw made a huge impact on the Phoenix Suns. Then their is also Kobe Bryant being traded for Vlade Divac:banana:
