Sean Casey was taken to the hospital after being hit in the head during tonight's game, but he's already been released. Casey is listed as day-to-day. Expect him to get tomorrow off. Adam Dunn will likely fill in for him at first base again, opening two outfield spots for Reggie Taylor, Ruben Mateo and Brady Clark.

I heard on the radio today Casey has a concussion. He was hit in the ear, hopefully there is no damage there.

Casey is expected to be back on Tuesday.

From what I have heard he will be fine. He was lucky. That is sure. That is like the 2nd or 3rd time he was hit in the head THIS YEAR, but that one was obviously the worst. Hopefully he is fine!
