Hmmmm... Bruce Chen.....not exactly an "honor", this milestone he's setting. :hmm:
And once again, congrats to the Millars. :D Holy moly! Their twins were born April of 2005, and now they have a new son! That's fast work!

Winless season confronts Chen
At 0-7 with nearly 100 innings, left-hander could join short list

NEW YORK // Bruce Chen won 13 games in 2005 and was rewarded with a one-year contract worth $3.8 million. For the first time in his nomadic major league career, he had some stability.
But that is the case no longer. With a week left in the season, Chen remains winless despite having made 12 starts and 39 appearances. If the season ended today, he'd be just the second Orioles pitcher - Jorge Julio was the other in 2003 - to finish 0-7.
With 1 2/3 more innings pitched without a victory, Chen will become just the eighth pitcher since 1900 to pitch 100 innings and not get a victory. Detroit and Oakland pitcher Steve Sparks was the last to do it, going 0-6 while pitching 107 innings in 2003.
It couldn't come at a worse time either as Chen, 29, is eligible for free agency following this season.
"It's hard," said Chen, the demoted starter who has a 6.50 ERA. "I got off to a slow start and I was never able to recover. I am definitely not happy with the season, but I am going to work on things. I am going to pitch winter league in Puerto Rico, hopefully find my groove and show people that I can help."
Orioles manager Sam Perlozzo said that he suggested that Chen work some more with pitching coach Leo Mazzone before heading home for the offseason, possibly lowering his arm angle and trying to become a match-up lefty.
It remains unlikely, however, he will return to the Orioles. "I wouldn't rule out coming back, but on the other hand, I don't know if they want me back," Chen said. "I would never say anything bad about this team. They gave me an opportunity when nobody else would."
Millar proud papa
First baseman Kevin Millar entered the clubhouse yesterday with a wide smile. He had returned from Beaumont, Texas, where a day earlier, his wife, Jeanna, gave birth to a baby boy. Kanyon Edward Millar was 7 pounds, 12 ounces.
"He'll be a first baseman," Millar said.
It is the third child for the Millars, who had twins in April 2005. Said Millar: "I am catching Melvin," a reference to teammate Melvin Mora , who has six kids, including quintuplets.
Around the horn
Perlozzo said that it is unlikely that reliever Jim Hoey (shoulder) will pitch again this season. Relievers Chris Ray (sore hamstring) and LaTroy Hawkins (groin) were available last night, with Hawkins pitching a one-run seventh, while Mora and Ramon Hernandez , who were both sick, were back in the starting lineup. ... Darrell Rasner (3-0, 2.50 ERA) will start for the Yankees tomorrow night.
