He was just sent back to the Minors in Oklahoma City. A one way ticket please!!!!!! :deal:

He lost the game in the 10th. But Mench had a forgetable night as well. He forgot how many outs there were in the 1st inning, dropped a pop fly to right, and then fell rounding 3rd base trying to score. Just another one for the lose column.

A-Rod is bummin, and he sounds like a broken hearted weenie on the post game interview. He needs to suck it up, and just hit the ball, they all do. Some better hitting will help out our pittiful pen if they can give up the runs they do with more of a lead. If that is what it is going to take??? We will see.

SO WHO IS THE CLOSER FOR TEXAS NOW????????

He'll come around. I'm hoping OOGIE can turn it around too.

I hope Rocker got a one way tic to Oklahoma. He might fit in up there.

Does anyone listen to the Dan Patrick show, Rocker seems to have hit the fan since the trade last season. He was saying he probably lost the ability to just be himself around the clubhouse. The guys there in Atlanta just let him be after the comments, but the new squads have probably taken issue with his style or the way he is behind the scenes. I just think he needs to get that head straight. He is bringin the heat, he just isn't in the game per say.

I don't know who is going to close now. The web site for the Rangers isn't giving any info either, probably because they are on the road. Maybe Colby will step up in that roll????

John Rocker is not happy playing anywhere except for Atlanta. He is ineffective with any other team. His career may over soon. He is from Georgia-born and raised.

I believe that. He has been ineffective with all other teams so far. I would hate to see him quit this early in his career.:noevil:

The rumors I'm hearing is that Todd Van Poppell is the most likely go to guy or possibly Franciso Cordero...?

But those are just rumors..

Those are rumors. We are going to Irabu for now. I think we will start keeping the SPers in there longer no matter the score. Jeff is hurt with the elbow, he threw this week and feltt some more pain. Who knows when the fairy boy will be back. I mean he throws a max of 50 pitches a night including warm up, how much pain can't the man endure?????

That makes sense I may not like Rocker but he is a good pitcher only in Atlanta once he was traded he went down hill. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy ( j/k ):hammer: :flush: :flush:
