Detroit Loses Key Game

The Tigers lost to Toronto 8-6 today. Minnesota trails by just a half game.

Kenny Rogers was the losing pitcher. Detroit has clinched a spot in the playoffs, but I would hate to see them lose the AL Central crown after owning it all season.

definately agree Keith. It's nice to know that others that feel the same way. :) But either way - it's been a great season!

Playoffs are playoffs.. Just nice to know that no matter what happens you will be playing next week:)

The difference is who you will be playing in the 1st round.. IMO it would be more beneficial for the Tigers to win this division and avoid the Yanks...
