oh ya...........matt leinart is starting now, and it's all because I made this thread, and got things moving.

good. he's going to get absolutely mauled this monday night. No line, not much of the edge, and no larry fitzgerald? Thats a recipe for disaster.

well he really hasn't been had a single bad game yet. he had perfect games in the preseason, and last sunday.

the preseason is the preseason, which doesnt mean an awful lot. leinart faced a lot of 2nd string defenses. leinart is a good QB, but you could be Johnny U and not have a good line and you wont last long.

I thought Leinart looked like Tom Brady. He accomplished a lot with a horrid O-line and no running game. If those improve slightly, this kid is gonna be fabulous.

A game where his team should have won. Tough loss for the kid but ya he looked very solid....

How do you think the Raiders feel after watching him? :D

last 2 games he's produced about as perfect as a rookie can.

where did i ever say he wasnt going to amount to much? He's going to be a fine QB and should have been picked much higher in the draft.

Truth is I wouldn't have picked him in the draft. I would have picked Cutler if I wanted a QB. However I definitely would have picked Leinart above Vince Young.

However, hey he's been playing a heck of a lot better then ANYONE thought he would play.
