Joel Zumaya has 231 pitches over 100 mph this year, most in the league. Number 2 is Kyle Farnsworth with 25 pitches, and Verlander is third with 19.

We need to see a Sheffield/Zumaya matchup sometime this series. That would be epic.

I bet with those shadows in Game 2,Zumaya's pitches might as well have been 150 mph fastballs.
