You know what guys, we should give props to Steve Traschel who wasn't gonna pitch, but went back to L.A. and pitched effectively enough to get us through the first 5 innings.

The Mets are a real team, they have heart. They understand the concept of teamwork....they find ways to win and they don't always need the long ball...

It is a pleasure to watch this team :)

So much fun to watch them, and I'm sooooooo busy reading all the articles!

Of course, it sort of pissed me off that last night Sportscenter spent 20 minutes talking about the demise of the Yankees and 10 minutes about the teams that won yesterday. Sheesh. Even in losing they dominate the stories. :hmm:

But, that'll die down.......:D....their demise will be forgotten, while the rest of the championship teams are playing fabulous post season baseball!!!
