Me too! I was hoping for a 4:00 game, I can leave work at 3 and be at Shea in 20 minutes and be home by 8:00. Perfect for being able to teach the next day. Not that I am complaining by the way.....I get to go, totally worth being dead on my feet the next day!

Well we can thank/blame the Yanks for that one, they were supposed to have the 8:00 time slot :)

If I do catch a ball, you'll have to come to NY and wrestle me for it. ;) And I may look innocent, but I can get pretty fiesty especially if the Mets are involved! :tongue: :angel2:

Your homework assignment for Wednesday night will be to write a report about game 1 of the NLCS Mets -vs- Cards :D

You'll also have a math assignment about how many souvineers and food items you can buy with a $100.00 bill and still have $5.00 left over. :D

My dad and I were able to seduce Lady Luck and get on the random drawing 2nd and 3rd chances. I think we'll be in the Mezzanine on the third base side, but I'll get back to you on that.

BTW, Being in the Mezzanine, you'll be able to enjoy some chicken tenders with fries which are sold at a big food stand near section 1 right behind home plate.

I can't believe that you got Mezz in the lottery and as a plan holder I'm in Upper 22 Row Q. Grrrrrrr!!! :ugh:
