Not sure what the laws are where each and everyone of y'all live. But today is the last day to register to vote in the upcoming November elections here in Texas, so I thought I'd try to remind everyone here at this site.

While some people will nonchalant the idea that voting is a privilege, I'm the kinda' guy who will get in your face and tell you it's far more than that, it is your responsibility! And it is your responsibility to not only vote, but to be an informed voter.

Please make sure you're registered and then stay informed about the issues and the candidates. It's the only way we're ever going to truly take back control of this great country from the special interest groups and corrupt politicians. We the people, that's what it's all about my friends.

I'm voting against Joe Lieberman. His local campaign office put up about 50 "VOTE JOE" signs in a 100 yard stretch of a major road in my town. The signs are obnoxious and piss me off. One sign is ok...I can even tolerate a few. But that many signs just looks like litter.

I made it a point to vote against a House candidate last election because he had a frikkin HUGE campaign sign at the end of my road. I mean, this thing was enormous.

I agree, Babs, but I'm sort of digging the signs driving around here that just say 'KINKY" on them

i always say 'one person cant make a difference'Wrong! If there's one thing the Bush-Gore election in 2000 should've taught everyone, it's that every single vote counts! Every voice should be, and must be heard! Now get off your ass and head down to the nearest post office there in Houston and register.

Apathy is a disease, not an excuse.

I don't give a shit about his politics. I just don't like his campaign team littering my neighborhood.

Dump the Electoral College method and everyone's vote would mean a lot more.
