It was great. All morning morning there was snow pouring down in like 2 inch flakes.
It was 70 degrees 2 days ago.

earliest snowfall in 135 years and today tied a record low maximum set 89 years ago. 1.2 inches or so in palatine (northwest burb) and only massive flurries in downtown.
and of course, the building doesnt have the heat on right now. :Puter:

It snowed here this afternoon. There was no accumulation. It was just floating in the air. My son got a big kick out of it. It was 75 the other day.

( i think its like 64 in here right now)If it was up to me, I'd keep it 64°-66° in my house all the time. If I set the thermostat below 75° in the summer, the Mrs puts on wooly PJs and gives me the cold shoulder in every way you can imagine. In the winter, if it gets below 76° in the house, she wants a fire, hot cocoa and her footy jammies :hmm: So it will be 40° out, we'll have the heater set on Key West, and I'll be sleeping in my shorts without any covers while Patty is bundled up like Nanook of the Great North.

:laff: I'm with James on this one. It's absolutely gorgeous here in San Diego, sunny, 70 degrees :cheer: although we're expecting tonite and tomorrow "significant" rain and thundershowers through tomorrow. I haven't seen rain since I've been here (6 months now) so I don't know what to expect. :laff: We even have storm warnings and that is unusual :notme:
Then again, it will be back to the normal 75 degrees and sunny on Sunday.
Have I mentioned how much I :love2: living here? I do not miss the snow! :nope:
