I would say a person that talks too much. Man that gets on my nerves. Especially when you walk out of the room they are in and they are still talking to you.
Or when your trying to watch TV or trying to get your point across.
My other pet peeve is people talking on hand held cell phones while driving. I've had two ladies pull out on me while talking on cell phones. It's really starting to be a problem.

Right now it is my children. They woke up 3 hours early for some reason today and are in fussy moods because they are too tired. They are into everything.

I do get irritated when a woman wants to put out-I resent her thinking I'm a stud.
Cell phone drives, kids who walk slow when you let them cross in the street, people who block MY driveway.

The most irritating thing is people who lie to you even if you offer them, then demand for them to tell you how they really feel. A few years ago, what I thought was a good friend used to say one thing to me, promising me that she was fine with me, that she wanted to maintain a friendship with me and people who didn't like me. So even though we didn't share the same friends, and I never wanted to change that, asked her and begged her to just tell me she didn't want to be friends but she instead lied. :hmm: Then I found out how she really felt. Absolutely ridiculous, childish, obnoxious and yes Eric, STUPID. I am completely in agreement with you. Being ignorant is different from being stupid, a refusal to learn from mistakes. :duh:
Just tell the truth especially when someone ASKS for it. It only causes problems unnecessarily.

Now I read this from a pysch journal so don't jump on me. They say people that talk too much are insecure or crave attention. Makes sense to me.
Here's my list:
1) Idiotic drivers
2) Drivers on their cell phones
3) Crowds (mostly its idiots in crowds, you know, you're walking behind someone and they decide to just stop and look at the sights?)
4) My cell phone dying
5) Some family members
6) Sky rocketing of Ticket prices for sporting events
7) Sporting event ticket agents.......
8) Bad movies that I paid full price for
9) People with bad hygiene
10) Forgetting my sunglasses when its really sunny out
Oh man, Im an angry person. I know why now, Im a Sox fan....:(

I have several that bother me.
1. Traffic lights
2. people driving slow in the passing lane
3. Break lights on the expressway
4. rubberneckers on the highway
5. people pulling out in front of me only to turn at the next left.
6. workers at fast food restaurants
I could go on for a bit but I have to get going

One thing that annoys me is when a cashier at the checkout line hands me all of my change and the receipt in one lump handful. I have to first take the loose change and put it in my pocket, place the receipt in the bag myself and then slide the bills in my wallet. This ain’t rocket science: Put the receipt in the bag and hand the loose change and bills to me separately, please.
Another thing that bugs me: We get film developed at the local store, requesting prints as well as a disc of the photos. But instead of just getting a disc with 24 Jpegs or like files, you have to install some crappy software before you can view the dang photos, and that software installs crap you DON’T want on your computer. If that’s the only way they can or want to deliver the photos digitally to you, at least post some message like, “Warning: Downloading the software on this disc can result in unnecessary or even harmful files being added to your computer.
And finally, it annoys the fudge out of me when people act with impunity and think the rules somehow don’t apply to them. They always have some excuse why their actions, the same actions they want others punished for, are somehow justified and warranted. They will sometimes bait people into actions, and when they do push the right buttons on someone they will feign surprise and declare their innocence. They are usually very weak and insecure, with hypocrisy flowing from them like runoff from a large rain flowing into the sewer. It bugs me so much that, in the case of politicians, I have to do everything I can to see that they’re not re-elected. Either that or I have to do everything I can to simply avoid them.
Y’all have a nice day, y’hear?

That annoys me as well. Especially when there is a long line behind you, and they get aggravated because you are taking too long adjusting all the money. I should have added that to my list. Mine was mostly droving related. I just drove home and was annoyed.

Once again, it's about stupid people. How often do I have to tell someone (my neighbors) that when they turn their music up, these walls are thin, and it sounds like the f***ing stuff is in my f***ing apartment!!! :Pissed: (I'm extremely annoyed right now, because it's happening AGAIN.) They're stupid, and they don't get it. What's so hard about understanding that?!?!? So I scream loudly in my apartment, and asking security to come up and telling them it's too loud doesn't work, because I've done it too many times and they still don't get it. Talking to management doesn't work, because the people in the management office are stupid too, and they seem to think I'm just a crazy b*tch who's too sensitive to sound, which apparently I am. Aargh. I've also discovered that complaining too much about it just wears me out, and what's the use, so I put on my "noise abatement" headphones and try to ignore it. But, what the hell.....there was this poll on here that I discovered just as the music with the freakin' loud bass went on.....so I thought I'd complain. :D Yup. That's what irritates me, allright. :D
Oh, and that change thing at checkout.....that's irritating.
I don't have any driving issues, because I'm hardly ever in a car driving....I'm in NYC and take public transportation. But if I were in a place where I had to drive, I'd probably be irritated by driving issues.
Oh. I thought of another one. People who don't listen and constantly interrupt. I HATE that. I'm talking, saying something, and they ask questions, or try to finish the sentence, or finish my thought. I HATE THAT!!! (Oh.....I already said that.)
Okay. Enough complaining. Don't get me started. :hmm:

I had the exact same problem several years ago in my very first apartment. My neighbors would play music all the time as loud as they could. I complained and complained to everybody I thought should be able to help me. They got a few warnings posted on their door, but that was it. I saw them read it and crumple it up. I finally got few up, so one night before I went to work I put my speakers against the wall connecting us. I turned the stereo up and left for my 12 hour shift. The next few days I had notes on my door. I just crumpled them up and threw them away. It was probably wrong to do that because other neighbors complained too, but theirs was not up as loud anymore.

People who don't know crap about animals. My dog Oz is a Pitbull mix. He is the biggest love bug. People, and I mean large men even, quiver when they see him. It's absurd, he is adorable and friendly as can be.
Yet people have yelled horrible things at me when I walk him.

honestly not a lot bothers me, but there are a few things that really tick me off. The first would have to be people who have just no common sense whatsoever. And frankly there are far too many people like that in the world.
Second, People who are too damn caught up in their own lives to care at all about anyone else.
and finally i'll echo babs in saying people who try to force their beliefs/ideas on other people.
