They just showed a kid begging to God "please, just one" :laff:
I dunno if that will work. We always hear that God is a NYY fan. :laff:

Why isn't Willie Randolph switching Valentin for a pinch runner????

hes probably saving it, cuz that runner doesnt really matter, its chavez (who is fast) and floyd. if floyd gets on, ill bet he'll get run for, also cuz he can barely run.

Well, it's all over for this season. We came as far as we did. Which is a lot farther than a lot of other teams. I don't kill Heilman because he's been great. No denying that. I'd have rather had Heilman on the mound than Wagner. As hard as it is for me to do, I'm going to try to keep as much of a positive outlook as possible. I'll lick my wounds for a few days and try to look forward to next season. Pitching and more bats for next year. Go, Tigers.....( i guess :ugh: ) Let's Go Met....aw...skip it.
I thought Pedro and El Duque being lose would be the determining factor in the series, but the Mets pitching did excellently well. Not sure what happen to the offense during this series. They damage Carpenter in both his starts. It was the other non-stars that did the most damage for both teams.
