What did you guys think of Floyd pinch hitting? wtf? I thought it was a dumb move. He hadn't played for a while, and then you put him up there with the NLCS on the line? I don't get Willie there, otherwise I think he was great. I don't blame him for leaving Heilman in, I think that was the right move.

Shoulda woulda coulda...not going to point fingers or try to figure it out. It is a game, you win some , you lose some. Not one play or mis move made the Mets lose. they played 7 games against a great team.

Yes, he hadn't played for a little while but that didn't change his ability to hit the ball. It was a no brainer, trailing 3-1, bottom of the ninth, pinch hitting for the pitcher?? Floyd was the best choice IMO, nor Franco nor Tucker? nor any bench player would have had better chances than him.

With a hit, Willie could have easily put another player to pinch run for him. Remember that in situations like those...you wanna use your best weapons...
