Chicago beat up the Tigers today. I'd give more details, but to be honest, I don't have any. I was busy most of the afternoon. I do know that Cornejo lost, which is bad because one of these Tiger phenom hurlers has to start pitching like a phenom soon, and Magglio Ordonez had a big day. (He's on one of my fantasy league teams.)
I do know that for about the second or third time this week, no tv coverage. That's more pathetic than the team's performance. A day game, when neither the Wings or Pistons or on, and the Tigers can't get some air time?
Palmer went on the DL today. Shoulder problem, big surprise. I working under the assumption that he's done. He will have to prove otherwise.
Hey, the Tigers did win Friday night's game. Now, a win tomorrow would look really good.
