O's Hire Samuel
The Orioles made the announcement official, hiring Juan Samuel as their third base coach [doc]. Samuel managed Double-A Binghamton this past season. Gary Carter has been offered that job, though he's up for the Rockies' hitting coach job and, reportedly, the Dodgers' Triple-A managing position.
