If the Tigers can take a couple from the Twins. Doubtful, but this is still baseball. Seth Greisinger is going to start for the Tigers tonight. Seth is making his first MLB start in three years. He's been battling a string of injuries. I really pulling for him tonight. The kid deserves something for not giving up. Greisinger is taking the place of Lima in the rotation. Hooray! Lima-Time is now in long relief.

The Tigers minor leaguers have been just overrun with injuries. Many of their top propects are out or ineffective. Typical. It's going to be that kind of year. In addition, Kirk Gibson, the Tigers broadcaster, implied their may be more REALLY bad news on the way. He wouldn't say what, though. I'm leaning towards a players strike. Of course, it could just be an internal Tigers' problem, but we should know soon.

Greisinger just completely blew away AA pitching. It may not be much, but coming back from shoulder surgery, the story deserves watching at least.

I think he had something like an 0.64 ERA.

Gresinger did well for his first time out in three years. He got pulled after five. The Twins were, and are, leading 2-1. He didn't get much help from his offense as the Tigers has runners on second and third with no outs and didn't score. Hopefully, he will continue to progress and get have a substantial MLB career.

He also had a decent amount of K's. That's good to see.

Anything new on the possible league yet?
